The Otsego Plainwell Area Chamber of Commerce is currently reviewing the potential impact of the planned MDOT M-89 resurfacing project on the 2026 Creative Arts Festival.
Because portions of the festival traditionally utilize M-89 through downtown Otsego, we are working with MDOT and local officials to better understand how construction may affect event logistics.
